What is PACmorph

PACmorph is a user friendly application to assist in the day-to-day processing of various import files.

PACmorph can handle Housing benefit files, GIRO files, direct debit rejections, bank files, supporting people and more. The files are easily picked from there normal location, converted and placed in the right place for ArcHouse to process them.

PACmorph is being used successfully by several Registered Social Landlords (RSL's) to reduce the complexity of many finance transactions. This in turn has reduced errors and speeded up the recognition of payments.

PACmorph allows the details of external references (i.e. standing order descriptions) to successfully post to the correct rent account avoiding the suspense account.
